rlrOS

The system I use to run paid media for my clients.

I'm Rafael Rodrigues, a Google Ads consultant based in Lisbon. rlrOS is the tool I built to do my client work: tracking checks, performance reads, product feed fixes and client reports. I'm the only person who uses it. It isn't for sale and there's no sign-up.

What it does

The day-to-day client work

rlrOS connects to the accounts my clients give me access to, and helps me do the work faster and more carefully.

Checks tracking

Reads a client's Tag Manager and Analytics setup, finds tags and conversions that are broken, and fixes them.

Reads performance

Pulls search, analytics and product numbers, so I can see what's working for each client.

Fixes product data

Finds product issues in Merchant Center and corrects the product data behind them.

Builds reports

Turns the numbers into the reports I send each client.

Reads briefs and plans

Opens the Google Docs and Sheets I point it to, like a client brief or a budget plan.

Who uses it

Just me.

rlrOS has no customers and no other users. I sign in with the Google accounts I use for client work, and rlrOS can only see the accounts and files those Google accounts already have access to. My clients give me that access directly. They can take it back at any time.

What it asks Google for, and why

rlrOS connects through Google sign-in. It asks for these six Google services and nothing else.

No Gmail and no Google Ads. rlrOS doesn't ask for either through this sign-in.

Your data

How the data is handled

Only for client work

Google data is used to deliver my paid media and tracking services. Nothing else.

Never sold, never used for ads

It isn't sold, isn't passed to ad networks or data brokers, and isn't used to target ads.

I don't train AI on it

rlrOS uses AI to help me read data and draft work. I never use the data to train AI models.

Kept private

Sign-in tokens stay on my encrypted computer. Saved results sit in a private code repository and a dashboard behind a login. Only I have access.

Deleted on request

Ask me and I delete what rlrOS holds about you within one month.

Yours to switch off

Remove my user from your Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console or Merchant Center account and rlrOS loses access. Anyone who signed in to rlrOS can also remove it from their Google Account's linked apps.

Limited Use

The use and transfer of information that rlrOS receives from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The use of information received from Google Workspace scopes will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
